Yesterday Susan Sandler and I hosted a wonderful salon with Hall W. Rockefeller at the LongHouse Reserve. It was so great to reconnect with the Matriark community and meet new friends, and such a reminder of how exciting and fulfilling in-person gatherings can be. After a crazy summer traveling for nearly 2 months in a searing hot Japan, dealing with teen mood swings, changing itineraries, and trying to get everywhere in one piece, I’m ready to slow down and get my bearings. But Fall is upon us and, in my busyness, I tend to rush to the next thing and then wonder why I feel so burned out when a new season hasn’t even started yet. This is why I wanted to host next week’s Transformative Breathwork session. I really need to stop and reconnect with myself. I need to process my year before moving on. For the best experience, Céline recommends an early breakfast, and no food after 9:00 am.
Wear comfortable clothes and feel free to bring your own blanket or shawl. Mats and blocks will be provided.
