I hope you are well, and getting ready to relax this MDW. The invitation for our next Salon went out, and I’m so excited. We are hosting our next Salon at Wave Social Wellness in Southampton - have you been there yet? It’s really nice, and a great addition to the Hamptons with great wellness services such as infra-red sauna, cold plunges and massages. Our conversation will be around Perimenopause and Menopause with Dr. Anita Sadaty, Katie Fogarty and Lisa Roberts. I can’t wait for this, I have so many questions!
